Last week’s challenge: The Sub-Genre Smash-And-Grab
This week is pretty easy.
If you’re doing NaNoWriMo, here’s a place to share your 1,667 words (if you were so inclined).
That’s it. Easy-peasy.
(Every week won’t be devoted to this, but I thought it’d be interesting if folks cared to offer up their first day’s writing on the slab.)
Post at your blog, link back here.
Please to enjoy.

Here’s the log line:
14-year old twins Jack and Maddy Richards wake up in a strange new world after camping in the woods one night while visiting their grandmother. As they search for a way home, they get caught up in events that threaten to not only break their sibling bond but also shatter worlds both old and new.

Howdy.
So, em, thanks for the challenge, Chuck. 🙂 I’ve finally written something for NaNoWriMo. 🙂 🙂 🙂 As I’m trying to write 50k worth of short stories, I was thinking to do a 1,600-word long story, but it ended up being only 960 words long. 🙂 It’s called THE HEART MACHINE IS BROKEN (naturally).
Here it is if anyone’s interested: http://goo.gl/CAcHhX
