I&#8217;ll be in Vancouver for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.siwc.ca\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Surrey International Writers&#8217; Conference<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, with the likes of Mary Robinette Kowal, Diana Gabaldon, Pam van Hylckama, Sarah Wendell, Donald Maass, and Cory Doctorow.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ll be giving a keynote, and also giving workshops on THEME and CHARACTER.<\/p>\n<p>Because theme and character are awesome, that&#8217;s why.<\/p>\n<p>Oh, and a panel on THE SOCIAL MEDIAS. In which I will refuse to acknowledge that any social media exists that is not Ello. I will also fire Ello Invites from a cannon.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re attending, say hi! I may have stickers. STICKERS, I TELL YOU.<\/p>\n<p>Because what 12-year-old doesn&#8217;t love stickers.
