The hire gives extra boost to\u00a0Blackbirds,<\/em>\u00a0already on a fast track for an order after recently setting\u00a0<\/a>up a writers room<\/a>. Adapted by Shiban from the novels by Chuck Wendig,\u00a0Blackbirds<\/em>centers on\u00a0Miriam Black, a hitchhiker who struggles with a unique ability to see how and when you die when she touches you.
