{"id":17741,"date":"2013-03-11T00:01:06","date_gmt":"2013-03-11T04:01:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/terribleminds.com\/ramble\/?p=17741"},"modified":"2013-03-09T06:59:00","modified_gmt":"2013-03-09T11:59:00","slug":"sans-comics","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/terribleminds.com\/ramble\/2013\/03\/11\/sans-comics\/","title":{"rendered":"Sans Comics"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve been enjoying the unholy hell out of some comics recently &#8212; just finished up the last\u00a0trade of\u00a0<strong>Locke &amp; Key<\/strong>, still loving every weird and wonderful page of <strong>Saga<\/strong>, still hot for Cullen Bunn&#8217;s <strong>The Sixth Gun<\/strong>, and this week <a title=\"http:\/\/gizmodo.com\/5989011\/marvel-unlimited-marvels-spotify-for-comics-is-out-now-for-ios\" href=\"http:\/\/gizmodo.com\/5989011\/marvel-unlimited-marvels-spotify-for-comics-is-out-now-for-ios\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Marvel released an iOS app<\/strong><\/span><\/a> for their subscription service, described somewhat as a Spotify for their comics. (Basically: pay a monthly fee, get access to a giant archive of Marvel Comics, but nothing newer than six months old.)<\/p>\n<p>Plus, I&#8217;m entertaining my own delusions of storytelling grandeur &#8212; I&#8217;m hoping that this might be the year I slide my parasitic tendrils into the gills of the unconquered industry and get to write a comic book or two or three OR THREE THOUSAND ahem I mean, what?<\/p>\n<p>As such, I ask again for some recommendations.<\/p>\n<p>What comics are you reading? Digging?<\/p>\n<p>Not just Marvel and DC (though those count if you like &#8217;em).<\/p>\n<p>What else?
