I loved it! I would have bought the book, hopefully picking it up from one of the ones that guy knocked on the ground. Also, if I worked at that bookstore, I would have been pissed at your company for doing that. I would not want to have to restack all those books.
But, seriously, it *is* kind of cool to see support like that for a book. Especially if it’s just random, grassroots support and not put out by the publisher/marketer.
Soooooo, are you saying you have nothing to do with the …ahem….guerilla marketing tactics in other countries? lol because i so would have planned this.
I’ve asked a friend in Poznan, Poland if book promos like this are normal over there. Somehow, I suspect that there will soon be a Polish phrase for “Wendigging” though.

That would seriously creep me out in a store! Especially the ones sitting on the stacks, reading.

Let’s all do the Poznan!
Soccer thing. No biggie, but couldn’t not say it.

I had not seen the Polish cover, but it’s a beautiful take on the original, which is straight-up classic, in my book.

Alright. New indicator that you’ve “made it”: Flash mob in your (book’s) honor.
I have a new goal.
So badass Chuck!
