Promote Thine Creative Wares, Storynauts
We’re wading into the holiday season, folks.
You may be one of them goofy creative-types what wants to get his creative story gibber in the hands of a welcoming and eager audience. You want your work known. Promoted. Discovered.
So, here’s your chance, word-burpers.
In the comments, tell us about one thing you created: a book, a comic, a film, an app, a song, a yarn-beard for dolphins, whatever. Keep it under 100 words (bonus points if you keep it at 140-character Twitter-length) and be sure to offer us a link.
Everybody else: do scan the comments, see if anything sounds spiffy.
Go forth and share.

Not only do I write profanity-laden rants–peppered liberally with creatively offensive metaphors–about whatever incoherent nonsense that has tickled my rage-bone that day, I also write music and perform it with a group musicians who are far more talented than I. We are called Tom with the Weather, and you can listen to our one and only EP here:
http://www.myspace.com/twtwallnight.
Did you like it? Hate it? Let me know. Otherwise how will I be able to sort out the uncultured swine from the true music aficionados?
Merry Christmas to you and your family, Chuck. May your beard be filled with the crumbs of only the finest meals.

RealmShift – Isiah is having a tough time. The Devil is making his job very difficult. Samuel Harrigan is a murdering low-life who used ancient black magic to escape a deal with the Devil. Now he’s on the trail of a crystal skull that he believes will complete his effots to evade Lucifer. But Lucifer wants Samuel’s soul for eternity and refuses to wait a second longer for it. Isiah must protect Samuel and keep the Devil at bay, because Isiah needs Samuel’s search for the skull to continue… …not for Samuel’s sake, but for the sake of all humankind. Print, ebook and audio from Amazon or wherever you prefer to shop.

I designed a cover for a friend who just released his novel “Nothing is Right” about “not being able to be called autistic. Set…five years before Aspergers Syndrome was formally recognized, it follows Clay through his first year at school…we can navigate a special education screening system that knows he is an anomaly but that lacks language to describe him.”
Finished the thing last night and I gotta say, he hits some pretty sharp nails on the head if you’ve ever felt out of place in school. A good read, and I can’t recommend it enough.

The graphic novel Babble by me and Bryan Coyle hits the shelves in TWO weeks! It centres around Carrie Hartnoll, a girl lost in her own life until a chance meeting with an ex-boyfriend provides her the opportunity to join a research team in in Ivy League America, investigating the lost language of Babel – a language, they theorise, that can be understood by any human being from anywhere in the world. As Carrie begins to piece together the fragments of her life, she becomes embroiled in the mystery surrounding the suicide of the original team leader, and soon discovers why the language was written out of the history books…
You can find out more – including links where you can buy it via Amazon, B&N and others – at http://www.babblecomic.com

I wrote a piece of music with a strange instrument I found in an antique shop, called a dulcitone and various others including brandy glasses from charity shops. I played the piano and my step son played cello. He used it on a library music disc he produced and it has appeared in various weird programmes and ads. Heres one; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v2o5XXdghNA&feature=relmfu . You can hear the whole piece on i-tunes. it’s my only claim to fame so far. It’s called ‘Out of the Music Box’
